Prime Rib Din-Din

I found this in my freezer - 5 lb Rib Eye and thought I should cook it already. I baked it in my conventional oven (present from hubby) for just 2 hours and I was surprised it came out perfect. I like my meats medium rare. I don't care for au jus or horseradish. Just seasoned like this. And since it was a huge chunk of meat, I didn't eat any starch. It killed the craving!!
